Before joining Biolog-id, Chris held senior roles at Advanced Instruments, E3 Diagnostics, and Haemonetics, where hesuccessfully led sales organizations of more than 40 professionals and managedrevenues exceeding $120 million. His deep understanding of the blood managementsector and strong relationships with key U.S. customers position him toaccelerate regional growth and strengthen market leadership.

Deepak Singh, a science graduate with a master’s in business management. He brings 24 years of experience in medical devices across sales, marketing, business development, and strategic operations in the healthcare and diagnostics.

Before joining Biolog-id, he previously held leadership roles at Tulip Group, DiaMed HoldingAG, Bio-Rad Laboratories managed $55M business in South Asian countries.

Skilled in launching innovative medical technologies, driving market expansion, and building strong collaborations with hospitals, blood centres, and healthcare institutions. Known for combining deep technical knowledge with acustomer-centric approach to deliver impactful healthcare solutions and sustained business growth.

Joining Biolog-id in 2021,Pascaline Le Callonnec quickly progressed to the role of Human Resources Director in 2023. Backed by solid experience as a generalist HR professional, she now supports all teams and contributes to shaping HR practices that foster performance and talent development.

Before joining Biolog-id, she began her career in the chemical industry and later in the pharmaceutical sector, where she strengthened her expertise in demanding and highly regulated environments. Holding a degree in Human Resources, Pascaline gradually specialized in the healthcare field, driven by her keen interest in quality, safety, and innovation.

Jean-Claude Mongrenier is a Doctor of Pharmacy. He is an alumnus of the IAE Caen and the London Business School, where he earned his MBA.

Before founding Biolog-id in 2005, he had a series of posts in Sales & Marketing and general management for major American healthcare groups (Baxter, Dupont de Nemours, Johnson&Johnson, Chiron).

Between 2005 and 2016, he expanded the company according to his own vision: using RFID technology to manage and trace sensitive medical products.
In 2016, himself becoming the Founder and Chairman of the Board.

Ludovic D'APREA is the C.E.O. of Biolog-id since July 2025.

He brings over 30 years of international experience in the healthcare industry, leading global operations, transformation, and growth initiatives across major corporations and innovative start-ups.

Before joining Biolog-id, Ludovic served as C.E.O. of Solutions for Enterprise Imaging at GE Healthcare, managing a $330M worldwide business focused on advanced medical imaging and AI solutions. He previously held senior leadership roles at Philips Medical Systems, Carestream Health, and Tribun Health.

Valérie Declèves, Chief Revenue Officer, covers Sales for EMEA for the Transfusion, Oncology and Preclinical markets.
She is also responsible for sales administration and EMEA Customer Care activities.
In addition, Valérie is responsible for the Sales business processes and their monitoring, by adapting or developing new reporting and forecasting tools.
Valérie recently held several similar positions within IN Groupe for more than 10 years, with operational and strategic responsibilities. Previously, Valérie held various functions in Operations (Engineering, Supply Chain) and as Consultant; she was also an Entrepreneur by creating and leading a thermal services structure.
